London’s Air Ambulance clinical governance days (CGDs) take place on the first Thursday of every other month. These days cover:
- Case reviews
- Reflective learning
- Clinical updates on best practice
- Journal reviews
- Presentations from invited guest speakers who share their expertise on topics of interest, both clinical and operational
CGD is open for all professional groups and their associated students who are involved in the delivery of care to patients in the pre-hospital phase. The first CGD of 2019 will be held on the 3rd January.
Each CGD is approved for 5 CPD points and a certificate will be issued after the event.
As we have limited capacity for attendees, you must register for each Clinical Governance Day you wish to attend. Please ensure you register by 5pm the Friday before CGD. In addition, please note we are currently only able to accept students currently studying in London due to high demand.

To sign up, you must use your organisation/institutional email address to verify your involvement in the delivery of care to patients in the pre-hospital phase; for example, your NHS or university email. Personal email addresses will not be accepted.
Please note those not on the register will not be submitted and you must bring professional ID to be able to enter.
