SELF EXCLUSION

If you feel like you're spending too much time or money on gambling, you can volunteer to stop yourself from receiving gambling-based communications for a minimum period of six months. Contact our Supporter Care team at [email protected] to request a self-exclusion form.;

* Each entry costs £1 a week (£5.00 a month once rounded up). This fee guarantees entry into all draws throughout the year and equates to an annual donation of up to £8.00, which is not eligible for Gift Aid.

** The draws will take place every Friday at the office of London’s Air Ambulance Charity by use of a computerised random number generator (in case of bank holidays and holiday periods, the draw will take place on the next working day).

Festive period lottery dates
Due to the festive period, our lottery draw dates have changed. The draw that would’ve been on 26 December will now take place on 5 January 2026 and the draw due to take place on 2 January will take place on 6 January 2026. This will allow us to work around bank holidays and staff numbers over the festive period. Thank you as always and we wish you luck!
