How do I claim a free pin badge?
To get your free pin badge, simply fill in your name and phone number, and agree to a telephone call. During the call, we'll ask for your postal address to send your free pin badge (postage and packaging is not chargeable). In the same call, we may also inquire if you'd like to financially support our charity or learn more about our work in the future.
Can existing supporters get a free pin badge?
Yes, if you're already a supporter, you can still get a free pin badge through this online promotion by using the form from our Facebook adverts. We can't accept requests for a free pin badge through any other method.
Can I request multiple pin badges?
Unfortunately, we can only provide one pin badge per sign-up on the Facebook form due to our limited supply.
Do I need to make a donation?
You're not required to make a donation or commit to future marketing support to receive the pin badge.
When will I receive my free pin badge?
We aim to send your product within 4 weeks of contacting you. If you don't receive it within 4 weeks of our call, please reach out to [email protected] to check on your delivery status.
