Corporate PartnershipsWe work with our corporate partners to build innovative and sustainable partnerships, that deliver genuine impact whilst meeting your business and CSR objectives.

We treat on average five critically injured patients every day, 365 days a year. The impact of your support is tangible and clear.

It is estimated that major trauma causes nearly £4 billion in lost economic output each year. This is why a partnership with London’s Air Ambulance Charity makes business sense.

Abrdn

Abrdn came on board as a helicopter tail sponsor six years ago. In that time employees have also braved our Helipad Abseil and helped raise funds in a static cycle challenge during City Giving Day.

Our former Deputy Chair of Trustees Sam Walker is also Head of Public Affairs at Abrdn and has been heavily involved in helping to raise awareness for our charity in the capital, as well as through the corporate partnership.

“London is incredibly fortunate to be home to this world class medical charity – it deserves your support.” Martin Gilbert, CEO, Abrdn.

EE

The partnership with EE has enabled our team to successfully develop and implement a bespoke mapping application delivered over a 4G EE network which accelerates the time it takes to dispatch the helicopter and eliminates paper-based records.

Previously a traditional A-Z map book was used to plot the route. Now the address can be directly inputted into the navigation app on the tablet which generates a direct route. This means our trauma team are now airborne faster and on scene treating critically injured patients much quicker.

“Our patients have started the dying process as soon as their injury has occurred. Many of them don’t have a pulse, so the time you have to save a life is very short and saving seconds wherever we can all adds up and makes a difference to their outcome.” Dr Gareth Davies, former Medical Director, London’s Air Ambulance Charity.

ZOLL

London's Air Ambulance Charity is delighted to announce that their long-standing relationship with supporter ZOLL has moved up an extra level.

ZOLL has been partnered with London's Air Ambulance Charity for 15 years and continues to provide the clinical teams with cutting edge equipment to help bring the hospital to the patient when they have been critically injured. ZOLL X Series Monitor/Defibrillators will be carried on every flight and in every rapid response car.

After a decade and a half working together, London's Air Ambulance Charity and ZOLL will be embedding their relationship further, with ZOLL supporting improvements to clinical data collection using RescueNet CaseReview and most recently, the Institute of Pre Hospital Care at London’s Air Ambulance’s Resuscitative Science symposium. Sharing expertise and knowledge will enhance both services.

“ZOLL is extremely proud of its connection with London's Air Ambulance Charity. Over the last 15 years ZOLL has helped London’s Air Ambulance save more lives every day, during every flight and every call. We are excited to work even more closely together in the future.” Elijah White, President of the Resuscitation division at ZOLL Resuscitation.
