Thank you for raising vital funds for London’s Air Ambulance Charity by hosting one of our lifesaving collection pots.

Please complete this simple form below and our collection volunteers will organise a time to visit you, collect your full pot and replace it with a new one, if required.

Please note that collection times are normally around 2 weeks from the date you have notified us. If your pot is completely full, then please consider storing it safely away until we can collect it.
