After a decade of Banham’s Foundation’s support, we’re thrilled to extend our partnership with Banham Security for a further three years.
The long-standing partnership with Banham Security, which began through its Charitable Foundation in November 2012, has been vital in helping London's Air Ambulance Charity deliver rapid medical care to London’s critically injured.
The cornerstone of this support is Banham Security's sponsorship of our six rapid response cars. The cars are equipped with the same medical equipment as the helicopters, ensuring that our medics can get across the city to the patient in the shortest amount of time possible. As with the teams aboard the aircraft, the cars bring the hospital to the patient, with clinicians treating patients at the roadside, conducting life-saving medical interventions.
The support from Banham has contributed to providing urgent care to thousands of missions across the capital and helped us to access daily critical roadside incidents.
In celebration of the renewed partnership with Banham Security, Banham board members visited our helipad, atop the 17th floor of The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. The visit provided an opportunity for Banham representatives to meet with the pilots, medics and charity leadership team, as well as to see the new fleet of rapid response cars.
