Designer and Artist Yoni Alter has created 50 limited edition signed prints of one of his most iconic designs to help raise fund and awareness for us.

The new version of ‘Shapes of London’ — part of Yoni’s ‘Shapes of Cities’ series — includes our current helicopter as well as the addition of two new buildings to its London skyline composition — Leadenhall Building (The Cheesegrater) and 20 Fenchurch Street (The Walkie-Talkie).

Everything is drawn to scale based on the dimensions of our MD902 Explorer, and the helicopter position is true to the height that it regularly flies at.

Yoni came to us wishing to support the charity after a medical student emailed him suggesting the idea. Yoni, who has also designed for us a Christmas card, said: “I was excited by the email I received. It's a privilege to be able to utilise my talent for good causes and I was very impressed when I learnt about the charity and its team members. These people truly are heroes.”

Born in Israel, Yoni studied at the Jerusalem Academy of Art & Design before relocating to London to complete his MA in Graphic Design at the London College of Communication. He has designed a best-selling merchandise range for Tate Modern, and his art can be found covering London double decker buses and trendy Shoreditch buildings.

The numbered, signed and hand-embossed A3 prints (420x297mm / 16.5x11.7in) are gallery quality Giclée using Canon archival inks on Epson Archival Matte 192 gsm paper. They are available to purchase from shop.yoniishappy.com for £45, with £7 from each sale being donated to us.
