We are moving our headquarters into the heart of the City of London following a donation from Land Securities, the UK’s biggest commercial property company. The HQ team will move to the new 4,000 sq ft office spanning four floors on Philpot Lane on 29th April. The property is next to 20 Fenchurch Street, the new skyscraper being jointly developed by Land Securities and Canary Wharf Group.

The donation from Land Securities ensures our charity can focus its attention on achieving the expansion goals - fundraising for a second helicopter and extended flying hours.

Commenting on the donation and move, London’s Air Ambulance CEO, Graham Hodgkin, said:We are extremely grateful to Land Securities for their generous contribution towards our charity’s expansion.  While the clinical and aviation teams will continue to be based at the helipad at The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, this is an exciting opportunity for the charity which will enable us to benefit from closer proximity to our stakeholders in the City and central London.”

Scott Parsons, Head of Property London, Land Securities said: “We are passionate about London at Land Securities and are thus delighted to support the vital work of London’s Air Ambulance by providing a new home for them in the City. We are committed to supporting the communities which surround our properties and we believe enabling the expansion of London’s Air Ambulance will be of great benefit to all Londoners.”
