Fresh from completing the 'toughest footrace on earth', our charity’s Marathon des Sables team were paid a visit by BBC London yesterday.

Reporter Caroline Davies came to our helipad at The Royal London Hospital to hear about their epic 250km, self-sustained journey. The team provided a unique insight into the difficulties of the race.
