Charles Newitt, Interim CEO of London’s Air Ambulance said: “I would like to thank Crystal Palace Football Club for its generous donation to the London’s Air Ambulance charity and for encouraging the club’s fans to donate to the charity.

"As a charity we rely heavily on donations and we simply could not deliver our advanced trauma team to critically injured people in London 24/7, alongside our other emergency service partners, without our supporters.

"On behalf of the whole team at London’s Air Ambulance, thank you, and we wish Pape Souaré a speedy recovery.”
