The recruitment process will tell you what you can expect when you apply for a role at the charity.

Nicola’s five top tips for a CV and cover letter:

  • Your supporting statement should specify your qualifications, experience and skills in relation to the job description and person specification

  • Keep covering letters to one page: be concise

  • Keep it relevant – covering letters that are not adapted to the role and organisation do not look good, CVs should also be adapted to the role

  • Keep CVs up to date and professional looking: make sure you use a good format

  • Emphasise results rather than responsibilities.

London, we need you. Time is running out to replace your life-saving helicopters.
