London’s Air Ambulance has won fundraising technology in the Bidtec Challenge, thanks to the support it has received in an online voting. The charity managed to share their post to thousands of supporters by asking everyone in London to share the challenge ‘Let’s get all of London sharing our application!’ Bidtec announced that the first two charities that will receive their fundraising event service for free are London’s Air Ambulance and T2T2T in aid of ABF, the Soldier’s Charity.
Both charities will receive a full event service of up to 250 iPads, fundraising software, and smartphone bidding, payment processing, a registration tool, and a full event support team.
London’s Air Ambulance will be using Bidtec’s service for the Annual Gala Ball in November. The aim of the Bid Tech Challenge is to give charities the chance to use digital fundraising tools at their events.
