Roisein McNulty

Roisein joined London’s Air Ambulance Charity in December 2023 as Senior Data Manager after 15 years working with CRM and data in the charity and higher education sectors, most recently at Crisis.

Roisein is passionate about creating systems and processes to improve supporter & user experience and increase engagement.

Outside of work Roisein enjoys cycling, playing football and supporting Arsenal.

Hannah Biffen

Hannah is responsible for managing our in memory and in celebration fundraising and our collection pots programme. She has worked in the charity sector in both community and events fundraising for nine years and joined the charity in 2024. 

Katie Vallis

"I joined the London Ambulance Service in 2007 as an Emergency Call Handler and moved to operations in 2008. I have undertaken various secondments across the trust including working on the Clinical Support Desk and Cycle Response Unit. When not on secondment, I work as a Clinical Team Manager (CTM) based out of St Helier. 

Working with London’s Air Ambulance has been an ambition of mine for many years. I feel honoured to be part of a high performing team, delivering the best care to London’s most critically injured patients."

Dr Steve Dauncey

I am a consultant in Emergency Medicine and Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine working in Glasgow. I undertook the UK national training programme in PHEM in the West Midlands, working for The Air Ambulance Charity, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and the West Midlands Ambulance Service MERIT car based in Birmingham. I am also a doctor with Great North Air Ambulance.

Mark Russell

Mark Russell is a Fellow in Pre-Hospital Care with London’s Air Ambulance and consultant in Emergency Medicine at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney Australia. He has been actively involved in pre-hospital care since first working for Sydney HEMS in 2021.

Claudia Chalmers

Claudia is responsible for supporting the Special Events programme, and producing quality and high profile fundraising and cultivation events for a Partnership and Philanthropy audience. Her role focuses on delivering a calendar of small special events, including bespoke evenings for our Innovation Circle members, donor led events and corporate partnership launches.

She joined London’s Air Ambulance Charity in 2024 having previously worked at St John Ambulance, Dulwich Picture Gallery & Southbank Centre, and is on the committee for Queen’s Park Book Festival.

Caitlin Heaton

Caitlin is responsible for securing new corporate and commercial partnerships, while managing a portfolio of existing corporate partners. Her role focuses on commercial and CRM partnerships that facilitate brand growth and key-audience engagement. She previously worked for Cancer Research UK and the Donmar Warehouse. Caitlin joined London’s Air Ambulance Charity in 2024.

Dr Chris King

Dr Chris King is a consultant anaesthetist. His pre-hospital interest with London's Air Ambulance began as a medical student doing observer shifts with the London's Air Ambulance team. As well as working for London's Air Ambulance, he works for Essex and Herts Air Ambulance and the Midlands Air Ambulance. He previously worked for Sydney HEMS in Australia but came back to the UK to escape the snakes and all that nice weather they have. 

Dr Will Charlton

Qualifying from Nottingham Medical School in 2006, I am a GP by trade and originally born in London. I have maintained a parallel interest in Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine, developed with many periods working overseas during a career in the Army and with other Air Ambulance charities in the UK. Working for London's Air Ambulance has been a personal aim for some time, following the glowing recommendations given by existing and former members of the service.
