Johnty Gray

Johnty Gray is a senior fundraising, communications and engagement leader with over three decades of experience across the UK and international NGO markets. He is currently Individual Engagement Director at Oxfam GB, where he has UK income responsibility for over £60 million across eight teams. Data driven, he has led an approach to halt a twenty-year decline in regular giving and shifted the organisation from channel-based fundraising to an engagement-based model.

Professor Karim Brohi

Karim is a consultant trauma and vascular surgeon at The Royal London Hospital and Professor of Trauma Sciences at Queen Mary University of London, where he directs the Centre for Trauma Sciences. His clinical and research work focuses on improving survival and recovery after severe injury, including developing better treatments for life-threatening bleeding and organ damage. From 2014 to 2025, Karim led the London Major Trauma System, coordinating major trauma care across the capital and its response to major incidents. He is also a Non-Executive Director of London Ambulance Service.

Baroness Caroline Pidgeon

Baroness Caroline Pidgeon MBE is an experienced leader, driving change and improving services in the public, not-for-profit and charity sectors throughout her career as an elected member, Trustee and Chair.   Caroline was a Southwark Councillor and London Assembly Member for 26 years;  and has been a member of the House of Lords since August 2024.

Caroline has extensive board and committee experience, alongside a career in NHS communication and is passionate about ensuring services centre around the individual and serve our communities.

Meghan Parr

Meghan's role involves building and uploading content to our website and email communications, as well as reporting on engagement and making informed recommendations for those channels. She also provides social media content support to the wider Digital Marketing Team.  

Meghan has a degree in Heath Promotion and is originally from New Zealand, where she has previously worked in the mental health charity and not-for-profit sector.
