Alex has been a Consultant Anaesthetist at Royal Stoke University Hospital since 2015. In his hospital work, he specialises in trauma resuscitation and also upper GI anaesthesia. Alex worked in prehospital medicine across a number of organisations in the Midlands before joining London's Air Ambulance as a Consultant in 2026.

Fun day

For the first time ever, we hosted a family fun day - bringing together over 350 patients, families and friends of the service. It was a fabulous day, full of food, fun, games, activities and shared experiences.
