Emma Cusworth

I joined the London Ambulance Service in 2016 having achieved my BSc in Paramedic Practice from the University of Hertfordshire. I have been based in North East London throughout my time with the LAS, working as an ambulance crew member for 3 years before moving to work as a solo responder on the fast response cars. I am currently completing my MSc in Advanced Paramedic Practice Critical Care.

Annie’s role is to develop and deliver new innovative acquisition campaigns, using insight, testing, and market trends to shape strategy and drive performance across multiple fundraising products and channels. Overseeing end‑to‑end campaign planning, creative direction, and performance analysis, ensuring activity is insight‑led, brand‑aligned, and optimised for ROI.

Annie joins the charity with over two decades of experience in marketing and engagement across the biotech and science education industries.
