Jeff Hunter
I began my paramedic training at the University of Hertfordshire in 2013 and graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Paramedic Science in 2016. I started my career with the London Ambulance Service, working on double crewed ambulances.
Since then, I’ve held various roles, including as a solo responder in fast response vehicles and the Tactical Response Unit, clinical advisor in the clinical hub, and most recently, as a Clinical Team Manager, leading a team of clinicians and supporting them on complex incidents.

James Bennett
"I’ve been a paramedic since 2016 and joined London’s Air Ambulance in November 2024. Outside of my role as a HEMS paramedic, I work as a Clinical Team Manager with the London Ambulance Service, where I support a team of frontline clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care.
I hold a Master’s degree in Advanced Healthcare Practice and have a strong interest in critical care. I believe in progress, not perfection — a mindset that guides my ongoing development and approach to patient care.
