Natalie has over 14 years of management experience which has included financial management within the Financial Control remit whilst also providing financial analysis, planning and strategy within large not for profit organisations, including Comic Relief and Nuffield Health before joining our finance team in September 2024.

In the first quarter of 2025 – following the announcement that 2024 had been our busiest year on record – London’s Air Ambulance’s advanced trauma team treated 432 patients. March was the busiest month of the three, with 160 patients attended to.

Oliver joined the London's Air Ambulance team as a pilot in January 2025, having flown as a HEMS pilot for the last five and half years at another charity, helping to provide critical care across the home counties. As well as helicopters, Oliver also has experience flying light fixed-wing aircraft and in his spare time operates as a volunteer pilot on the Air Experience Flight, flying Air Cadets on the Grob Tutor.
