Jayne Clarke

Jayne joined the London's Air Ambulance Charity team in June 2022 and will lead the Fundraising, Marketing and Communications teams. Jayne stared her career in marketing and advertising working with small boutique agencies before moving to McCann Worldgroup to work on global clients.  

Lipa Paul

Lipa plays an integral role in strengthening relationships with our supporters. Working across the fundraising and marketing team, Lipa facilitates supporter engagement and assists in the delivery of multi-channel stewardship campaigns. She is passionate about championing positive supporter experience.

Lipa’s background in fundraising, quality assurance and supporter care in the charity sector spans over 10 years. 

Parbin Begum

Parbin is the Personal Assistant to the Senior Clinical Team. She joined the service in 2016 having previously worked for many years as Administrator in the Emergency Department at The Royal London Hospital.  

Parbin assists with the coordination of team diaries, commitments, rotas [Consultant on-call/Medical Advisor/Teaching rotas] and is the liaison point for our medical staff recruitment, on-boarding and temporary staffing cover as needed.  

Phoebe Nicholson

Phoebe is responsible for managing relationships with trusts, foundations and the City Livery Companies. She works with both new and existing supporters to secure income in support of London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s core services, and to help replace our existing helicopter fleet by 2024. Phoebe joined London’s Air Ambulance Charity in 2022, having previously worked in Philanthropy at Lepra and St Mungo’s.

Rita Chadha

Rita has had a lifelong career in the not-for-profit sector, working for over twenty different international, national, and local charities. 

Over the years, she has also worked on many high-profile human rights-based campaigns advocating for the needs of refugee and migrant communities. Currently, Rita is working with several faith-based charities and supporting organisations requiring interim management support. She is also a trustee of several other charities in her spare time.

Nick Goodwyn

Nick Goodwyn has enjoyed a career as a military and civilian Pilot, Instructor, Examiner and has worked for the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority (UK CAA).  He is also a qualified Aircrew, Executive and Business Performance Coach and mentor.

Gordon Pitman

Gordon has been the Executive Group HR Director for MBDA since March 2024. This European defence business operates in over 10 countries and has 24,000+ employees across the group. Prior to MBDA Gordon was the Chief HR Officer at GKN Aerospace for 8 years, a tier one supplier into the global Aerospace & Defence industry. Previous to joining GKN Aerospace, Gordon spent 11 years in coatings and chemicals manufacturing with ICI and AkzoNobel and lived in Canada, The Netherlands and USA. Gordon holds an Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Birbeck in London.
