• London’s Air Ambulance Charity has been supported by Gartner, a research and advisory company, for a number of years, working together to raise awareness and funds for our charity.

  • We were visited by a long-standing, and long-distance, supporter ahead of the Royal Parks Half Marathon. Catherine Plant from Arizona was inspired to support London’s Air Ambulance Charity after reading about our life-saving work online.

  • On Sunday 13th October, thousands of runners gathered in Hyde Park for one of London’s most exciting events. To mark 30 years of our life-saving service, we were delighted to be represented in the Royal Parks Half Marathon by our biggest ever team.

  • London Air Ambulance Charity’s annual abseil event, now in its seventh successful year, challenges fearless fundraisers to descend from our 305ft helipad base at The Royal London Hospital.

  • 250 fundraisers took part in our sixth annual abseil this weekend, braving the descent from Europe’s tallest helipad to help our charity. The event has reached its largest ever fundraising total, with an incredible £118,000 raised to help our team treat an average of five critically injured patients each day.

  • We are excited to announce the support of comedian and actor Hugh Dennis who will be launching the 2018 abseil challenge to help raise awareness for our life-saving charity. Now in its sixth year, the abseil runs over four days during National Air Ambulance Week from 13-16th September, at our base at The Royal London Hospital.

  • In the countdown to the London Marathon, our charity’s runners got together last night for a “pre-match” Pasta Party.

  • We’re always incredibly humbled by our supporters who are willing to go above and beyond to help our charity to raise life-saving funds. However, students Kate and Kieran will not just be going above and beyond, but over fire, under wire and carrying tyres to raise money for our service.
